A password reset link will be sent to that address within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. Click it, enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, including at least one number and one uppercase letter), and confirm. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact our support team with your identity documents for assisted account recovery.

Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC clearance, which typically takes 24 to 72 hours.
