These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Member", "Player") and iRoyal ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the iRoyal website located at https://iroyal.cam and all related services, applications, features, and content offered through it.

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. iRoyal strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with international gaming standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
Any person found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. iRoyal operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
You must be of full legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts. Persons under legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. iRoyal does not provide legal advice. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is complex and that participation is undertaken at the individual's own legal risk and responsibility.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active iRoyal account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether in the same name, different names, or using different payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and close family members of iRoyal and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotional offers unless explicit written consent has been granted by iRoyal management.
To access iRoyal's services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC verification is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without notice.
iRoyal reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and payment method verification. Accounts with pending KYC may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete to iRoyal's satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. iRoyal will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify iRoyal immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
iRoyal strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. This feature is available within your account security settings.
By using the iRoyal platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for its intended lawful purpose of personal entertainment. You further agree to the following conditions of use:
iRoyal reserves the right to conduct technical security reviews and audits of gameplay and transaction records at any time, without prior notice. Any account found to be in breach of these use conditions may be suspended or permanently closed.
iRoyal supports a range of deposit methods specifically selected for Malaysian players, including FPX internet banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB.
The standard minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet methods and MYR 50 for bank transfer via FPX. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalents are displayed at the time of transaction. iRoyal reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your iRoyal account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using third-party payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited in under 60 seconds. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. These are estimated processing times and are not guaranteed — processing may be delayed by third-party payment provider issues.
All deposits for Malaysian players are processed and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. iRoyal is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating and completing a cryptocurrency deposit.
iRoyal is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The platform targets e-wallet withdrawals of under 5 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals of under 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary based on verification status, payment provider availability, and applicable review requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid methods), iRoyal may request an alternative method, subject to verification requirements.
All withdrawal requests are subject to iRoyal's KYC verification requirements. Members who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process. iRoyal aims to process KYC verifications within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete and satisfactory documents.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal only after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The maximum withdrawable amount from bonus-derived winnings may be capped as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
iRoyal reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that are subject to fraud investigation, AML review, or unresolved KYC documentation. Members will be informed of any hold placed on their withdrawal request.
iRoyal offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms applicable to each offer in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for iRoyal welcome bonuses is 15x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of MYR 100 requires a total of MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
While bonus funds are active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is MYR 250, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%; table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) contribute 10–20%; live dealer games may contribute 0–10% depending on the promotion. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms.
All bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, which is typically 14 calendar days from the date of bonus credit unless the specific promotion states a different window. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any pending winnings are removed from the account.
All bets and wagers placed on iRoyal are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, or slots. General rules applicable across all product categories are set out below.
All bets are subject to acceptance by iRoyal. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification. Bets placed during technical errors, system downtime, or incorrect odds display are not binding on iRoyal and may be voided at iRoyal's sole discretion.
In the event that odds, game outcomes, or bet values are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, software fault, or human error, iRoyal reserves the right to void any affected bets or adjust settlement to the correct intended value. Members will be notified of any such correction.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, and UFC — are governed by additional sports betting rules available within the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between sports betting rules and these general Terms, the sports betting rules shall prevail in relation to sports betting transactions.
Live casino games and slot games are provided by third-party software providers. Game rules are embedded within each game interface. iRoyal is not responsible for technical malfunctions arising from third-party game provider systems; however, we will work with providers to ensure fair resolution of any disputes.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
iRoyal reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of the above, to withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by members in relation to the platform may be used by iRoyal without obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iRoyal and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
iRoyal's total aggregate liability to any member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude iRoyal's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You may request the closure of your iRoyal account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC clearance and any applicable review) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed prior to account closure, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
iRoyal reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where:
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the member or by iRoyal — your licence to use the platform terminates immediately. iRoyal will process any outstanding real-money balance following verification, subject to any applicable withholding pursuant to investigation or legal obligation. Bonus balances and unmet wagering requirements are automatically forfeited upon closure.
iRoyal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, iRoyal will provide reasonable notice to members via the platform's notification system or by email to the registered account address.
Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — may be made without specific notification. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the iRoyal platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which iRoyal holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through iRoyal's internal dispute resolution process.
To raise a formal dispute, members must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the matter in question. iRoyal commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
Malaysian players acknowledge that any legal proceedings they may wish to initiate would be subject to the jurisdiction applicable under iRoyal's operating licence, and not necessarily within Malaysian courts. Members are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they wish to pursue formal legal action.
Nothing in this governing law clause affects a member's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
